What she had discovered when she took their\u00a0<em>Daughters of Sarah<\/em>\u00a0marriage course\u00a0was\u00a0that not only did it make her\u00a0good marriage even better, but as she started applying the concepts and skills with her teenagers, deeper relationships started to materialize. \u00a0\u201cTrust was built in ways I had never experienced before. \u00a0Our relationships emerged into something so much\u00a0better\u00a0than I thought possible during the teen years.\u00a0My kids even started seeking me out and confiding in me with their struggles. \u00a0We laughed and cried, <em>together.\u201d<\/em>\n\nShe believes that God has intricately woven all her life experiences for this ministry and God used <em>Daughters of Sarah<\/em> to help her realize His plan. \u00a0Serving in the capacity of Operations Director for the ministry, Debbie\u2019s corporate experience as a Human Resources Manager and Leadership trainer for a Fortune 10 company gave\u00a0her the unique qualifications to help the organization grow.
