Roberto is the CEO and Co-founder of Welcome, a cutting-edge webinar platform designed to create immersive experiences that drive revenue for marketers. Roberto’s passion for product design and commitment to innovation have been instrumental in driving Welcome’s success. Roberto firmly believes that Welcome helps leaders tell the best stories, regardless of their location, enabling them to engage global communities and buyers.

Prior to starting Welcome, Roberto held leadership roles in product design at Google and Yahoo. In 2015, he partnered with his wife Charlena to launch Grit & Virtue, a faith-based personal development company that today reaches more than 100,000 women. He credits his success to his faith and family, which are core to his beliefs. As a Puerto Rican with deep roots on the island, Roberto is proud of his heritage and currently spends a lot of time working from the island along with his wife, daughter, and extended family.
